Me love noodles! I wanted to combine all the shapes and style of noodles I could find at the store, but we went with some homemade chicken pad thai!

I had no clue what an apple betty was, but I was told its an apple pie with no roof! But it has a topping to it that could make any food good!

carmel custard...is that like pudding? The best weird occurrence was when my gf went to buy a car, and the dealership was on carmel mountain road... it was a pretty boring street, nothing magical there!

OH BOY! Scallops! I never actually had them, but thanks to my trusty 'Top Chef' cookbook... they came out just ok!

National Homemade Cookies Day

aka. October 1st

Last night we had to hand make cookies, and none of that store bought cookie tube crap, I mean real flour, eggs, butter and sugar stuff. Man it was a mess, but at 2am we finally had 2 big batches of cookies. I wanted peanut butter chocolate chip and jen wanted pumpkin iced.
